STONE,
Timothy D. “Timmy” Stone, 56, of Victoria, Va. died April 14, 2023. He was the son of the late Everette Benford “Bud” Stone and Betty Lou Turnage Stone and brother of the late Sarah Pauline Stone. He is survived by his wife Tati Stone; his mother Sue Agee Stone; his brother Joe Stone; nephew Drew; nieces Ashley and Sarah and their mother Roselyn; and devoted friend, Howard “Skitter” Eastwood. Timmy graduated from Central High School and served our country in the U.S. Army. He retired, due to health reasons, as maintenance supervisor for Imperial Processing Corporation. He enjoyed rock music, playing his guitar, hunting, fishing, driving around the farm and watching TV, especially crime shows. He dearly loved his family and his dogs and cats. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-7:30 at the Staples Funeral Home in Victoria. Funeral service will be held Thursday, April 20, 2023  at 11AM at Thrift’s Chapel United Methodist Church, 45 Marshall Town Road, Victoria, Va. 23974. Interment will be Thursday, April 20 at 2PM at the Amelia Veteran’s Cemetery, 10300 Pridesville Road, Amelia, Virginia 23002.
