Ellis Ray King, 65, of Victoria, Va. departed earth to meet our Lord and Savior on July 12, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on April 22, 1955 to Fletcher J. and Virginia S. King. He was preceded in death by his parents and a younger brother, Melvin W. King. He is survived by two sisters, Nancy L. Hill (Richard) of South Carolina and Iris K. Davis of Appomattox, Va.; three brothers, George C. King of Victoria, Va., Roger L King (Debbie) of Callao Va. and Myles E. King (Barbara) of Appomattox, Va. two special nephews, Joseph Michael and Stephen Layne, along with numerous other nieces and nephews. The family would like to send a special Thank You to a very special niece, Amanda Jean Davis for her love and care to him for his journey home. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
