Kinsley Marie Marker, born July 8, 2021, joined the Angels in Heaven on October 25, 2021. She is survived by her parents, Kenneth Ray “Kenny" Marker and Katherine Foote “Katie” Marker; brother, Conner Marker; maternal grandparents, William C. Foote and Sandy Foote; paternal grandparents, Mark and Barbie Jo Ball; maternal great-grandparents, William F. Foote and Katherine Foote; paternal great-grandparents, Claude and Virginia Ball; aunts, Amanda Sommers (John) and Devin Foote; uncle Joey Blackwell. Graveside services will be held Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 3PM at the Lakeview Cemetery, Victoria. Staples Funeral Home, Victoria, in charge of arrangements.
